Balanced with fruit and a bit of an acid finish. — a month ago
Perfect acidity, roasted Meyer lemon and apricot fruit. Orange color. Hint of sherry — a month ago
Less bold and slightly less dry than cerrata. More complex. Great nose of dark and red fruits and earth — 2 months ago
Upon decanting for 30 minutes the nose is full of ripe cherry, tobacco & a bit of mint.
On the palate the nose is verified with good structure and soft tannin. it is medium bodied, delightful wine that is fully mature and has a long full finish. Drink it now. It is a lovely classic barolo. — a month ago
Quite deep ruby garnet core with garnet rim . Aromatic and quite deeply spicy on the nose with liquorice , dried spices , red cherry , red plum , rose . On the palate this is quite intense and tannic, red cherry , red plum , saline with smoky , tobacco , liquorice hints . Firm tannins with fresh acidity , sweet spice and ripe red fruit . Good length , this still is pretty young and needs more time . Better in another 5-10 years and will last well a further 10-15 — 2 months ago

Simple but good — acidity makes it better than the $15 reserve TJ’s Barbera I tried recently … but this was only $6? Like it better than last time for sure. Will definitely try again! — 19 days ago
