Pale salmon in color.
Strong nose of raspberries, strawberries, citrus, yeast, bread and minerals.
Medium in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with citrus, green apples, light raspberries, earth, light yeast, minerals and sea salt.
Nice length on the finish with almonds and limes.
This is a delicious Rosé Champagne.
Well balanced and entertaining. Complex and interesting.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food.
A blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier. Aged for 36 months on its lees.

Clear, deep golden colour. Clean, pronounced peach & apricot with lemon on the nose. Dry, with medium to high acidity. Medium to full bodied. Marvellous flavours of toast & honey with a long, lingering aftertaste. Just a hint of minerality. An outstanding wine and a great birthday present.

Stumbled upon this almost by mistake whilst drinking the other Bollinger (La Grande Annee 2015) on a BA F flight. I must admit I don’t think I’ve had a BdN before (plenty of BdBs though). And as a big Pinot Noir fan, I had to try it and was@not disappointed. Loved it, more than the vintage one if I’m honest. Felt it had a bit more structure/depth. Now looking around to see if I can find a bottle (around £98) but it’s pretty limited. — 5 days ago
