Reviewed this before unchanged rating. Most of the time this vintage Champagne never reaches a mere mortal consumer and ends up at Quince or the French Laundry of ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ fame. 60% Chard. 40% Pinot. Age of the vines 40years. Dosage 2g/L. 12%. This time around it had profound plum notes, yeast and creme brûlée. Man what a champagne. Just unreal. Won’t be touched again until 2030. Just bought the 2018. Made in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2018. — a month ago

Excellent. Lots of Michelin Star Restaurants in California have this producer listed. Always sold out. And lucky me I know the importer very well/a friend. My go to growers Champagne. One time I snatched up the only six pack that made it to the US. No formal notes - next time. — 8 months ago
