Really like Casa Emma. Such a versatile wine. Terrific with pasta and tomato- based sauce, as you’d expect. Great sipper with cheese and crackers, salami, sliced tomatoes.. intense mouth, cherry and stones, pipe tobacco on the nose. Tinge of sour. Love it. Haven’t had a drink in a week due to Covid, so I’ve got some ENTHUSIASM tonight! Bet this would be better in a few years. Alas..it was not to be… — 3 months ago
