I know that this should be aged some time but had my brother in law visiting and he is a SB fan. Pulled this out of the cellar for him. Typical SB profile, balanced and a nice round creamy moutfeel. But other than that: I didn't taste the difference between this and a 15€ supermarket sauvignon blanc. Supposedly this is the top of Sancerre.... Maybe complexity will develop in a couple of years time but for now underwhelmed 🫣 — a month ago
No flaws, but no real excitement either. Even the aromatics were a bit underwhelming. — 3 days ago

Perhaps a little 1D but plenty of fruit concentration and acid, check in in another 5. — 24 days ago

What in the actual fck is this? Crazy mid-palate of pastel rainbow and intellectual muse. Def not your father’s SB. — 3 days ago
