On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of yellow apple, pineapple, white flowers, and a touch of lemon cream. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Aged southern Rhône plateauing I think. Garique nose. Red fruits on the palate, a bit stewed. I notice rosebottle, figs and wild strawberries. Medium acidity keeps it al in balance. Tertiary flavours all around: sunburnt dirt, leather, smoke, some tobacco, forest leaves. Medium long finish. Lovely wine. — 5 years ago
