Savory and big on the nose and first taste. This wine then transforms and shows fruit in the back end with a touch of red raspberry and is ultra smooth. Nothing hot. Nothing too acidic. Super elegant. Really enjoyed this wine with food and then on its own. — 6 months ago

The wine is just incredible. It needs about one hour of decanting but is still very fruit forward after 8 years in bottle. High minerality, saline, cherries and strawberries. Great weight and needs another two years.
