H & I don’t regularly drink a Rosé as we prefer drier wines; however as recommended by our neighborhood Liquor store we found it quite good - not as ‘sweet’ as some Rosé wines- and we enjoyed it ‘at home’ with my Chicken Parmesan & eggplant Parmesan — 3 months ago

At 25 years I thought this might be over the hill. Initially mute and astringent. Time in the decanter did miracles. Nieces called it green olive, sweet fig, and cave (wet moldy grey cave)…. Nailed it! — 3 days ago
