An explosion of apricot flavor. Round and smooth, heavy weight, with sufficient but not overt acidity. A beautiful sweet wine. — 3 months ago

Always my fav orange wine — 6 years ago
This wine is cloudy in appearance with a peach-like tint to it. The nose is complex, with notes of watermelon rind, pineapple, green apple, and citrus. The palate is savory and tart. There are flavors of sour cherry, apricot, Meyer lemon, and pineapple juice. A cloak of salinity wraps around the flavor package. This is one of the more interesting wines I’ve tasted lately. I don’t know if it’s for everyone, but it is for me. I would like to pair it with a shrimp salad or even have it with an eggs-and-sausage brunch. Breakfast, even, if you don’t have to go to work. — 3 months ago
2018 vintage. So close to a 9.5, you can taste it. Medium-heavy body. Sexy and voluptuous without any corresponding flabbiness. Smooth and decadent with just enough backbone to (barely) keep this grounded. Btg at $35 a glass here in the next week. 4.1.26. — 6 months ago

This is great. Doughy and earthy nose. Slightly translucent purple in the glass. Dry cherries. Bitter chocolate. Earthy. This is what wine should be about. Tasty. And not over the top. — 14 days ago
