What a nose. Custardy, gras, tropical but also granitic. Wow. So expressive. Citrus marmalade. So mineral and just expansive. Like a 9.6 nose. Maybe more! It’s a 9.7 nose. Sickness. Palate has energy for days and days and is so elegant, fresh and complex. Beautiful. Long. This is one of the best St. Perays I have ever had. Wow does it cling with super pure citrus and edgy tropical fruits that just coat the palate. Rich and energetic is my favorite combo. As this airs it comes more into focus and gets so nimble. So complex. Almost a 9.7! — 3 years ago

2023 vintage. From a 375ml bottle. Fairly fruity off the bat and medium/medium-heavy body. Came back to revisit after an hour and mouthfeel dropped down to medium body with expansive tea and earth flavors. Nice 1st impressions. 12.28.25. — 5 months ago
