This is Mt. Veeder, Napa- my favorite v. Sat. Wine. Concrete egg ferment and age, hence the name. Mineral and a background of petrol and roses that will reveal with age. — 10 months ago
A LOT going on in this wine. Pear, apricot, a little peach, viscous, energetic mineral, pinch of sweet from start to finish but feels restrained and blends beautifully with acid present throughout. — 4 years ago
More off dry but rich and intense — 2 months ago

Berry taste but not tart. Very light acidity with an exceptional finish. Delicious wine! — 4 years ago
A gentle full bodied red with no bitterness and not even very dry imo- pretty neutral. Very much a good table wine with blackberry and cherry overtones and a slight chocolate/ spice finish. Goes very well with dark chocolate — 23 days ago
Sweet, nice spices. Slight dryness but not much. Pleasant, berry aftertaste. Very aromatic, maybe too much. Nice pairing with an earthy or savory meal. — 3 years ago

Face off of the 2010 Cabernets with FirstLight Steak tenderloin. Dancing Bear comes out the winner with a touch more fruit and depth to it over the Quilceda Creek. Both wines decanted 90 mins. Smooth yet complex. — 21 days ago
