Tbh, I didn’t know Chardonnays could be sweet previously. I always thought Chardonnays tasted like butter (they do). But this tastes like SWEET butter. Purr. Enough said. — 4 years ago

Noooo,,,,Understated - very much easy sipping and still enjoyable. Light sweetness on back need. Beautiful golden color. Peach and possibly another stone fruit. Sweet fragrance. Very easy go to. Wonderful for dessert - not too sweet and not dry. — 5 years ago
It’s a slightly sweeter version of an already awesome proper French Champagne. Dial back a smudge on the brut and just tweak the dial on a natural sweetness and viola! Nectar imperial! If you were giving someone their very first glass of champagne, I’d recommend this one - the sweetness will win a lot of tongues! — 6 years ago

Sweeter than expected. Sweeter than most Merlots. Fruity and delicious. — 4 months ago
Perfectly balanced. Subbed with hot smoked salmon, which otherwise is hard to pair with. I cannot remember a better white wine. $47. — 9 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of dinner. The 2022 pours a bright ruby color with a transparent core; medium+ viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with fresh, pretty notes of red fruits: raspberries, Bing cherry, red flowers, white pepper, rocky earth and some gentle cool and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and juicy. Drink now through 2042. — 12 days ago
