Popped and poured; enjoyed with dinner over the course of an hour. The 2018 “Les Romains” pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with “leesy” notes bright lemon-lime citrus with some melon and a mix of stony and ferrous minerals. One the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and satisfying; definitely the favorite at the table tonight. Lovely with a traditional seafood boil. Drink now through 2035. — 3 months ago
Aromas of soft citrus and peach with hints of minerals. Crisp acidity, good with roasted carrots, potatoes and chicken. Clean refreshing finish and a good value. — 5 months ago
Citrus, lychee, minerals and a bit of white flowers — 2 months ago
Above average but maybe not the #1 choice at $80 a bottle. Lots of green and yellow pear. Limestone. Pairs great with oysters. — 5 months ago
Lovely, crisp, tart, floral aroma and lemon accents. Nice on its own or with a picatta-style meal. — a month ago
We loved this wine with a black grouper with lemongrass…full bouquet, floral taste accented the somewhat Vietnamese dish. — 2 months ago
Mineral driven, outstanding combination of Quincy and lemon peel, abundance of minneola, a subtle touch of grapefruit, dry and energetic tropic fruit finish. Uplifting acidity and exquisite texture and clean finish. Simply lovely! — 4 months ago
Wow, I loved this wine. It evolved from nose, to approach, to mid-palette to a lovely long finish. There was a vibrant tension between the fruit and the acidity and the limestone underneath it all. And, basically, yum. — 6 months ago

Jammy, fruity, easy going, with a long fresh finish. Juicy raspberry, strawberry and plum, with a tingly acidity, slight tannin, and notes of dark chocolate, woody bark and some slight smoke, the medium body and dark rose color make for an elevated glou, the nose is slightly more floral, but still plenty of fruit, with a slight mushroom hint and great crunchy fruit. Really enjoyable, incredible value, great for easy drinking! — 5 days ago
