Vintage 2015 | Now I understand the reputation of the Doctor. Textbook Riesling. | One anecdote I never forgot. Michael Broadbent wrote that his honeymoon was to the Mosel. And one of his deepest wishes was to make love to his wife in the Doctor. He wrote it dry and witty, as only British could. Very credible. | paired with salmon and shiitake. — 6 months ago
