Had a bottle 66 weeks ago - this is my last bottle. White florals. The palate is delicate, restrained and polished. After a while sweet fruit but undeniably more citrus than stone fruit. The finish shows cleansing citric acid with a touch of salinity. The same notes the following night. 2017 - a good year for white burgundy. — 5 days ago
NOSE: strawberry … mint jelly … river stones … not much else.
TASTE: quite good. Strawberry, baking spices a little roasted veggie…leather … toasty wood, but no vanilla. Best pinot I’ve had in a long time (to be fair, I don’t drink a lot of Pinot). 91. — 2 years ago
‘21 Bourgogne that needs its time & air to flex some considerable muscle. Light cherry lifesavers & some grip on the light frame. Was coming all together by the last glass. — 2 years ago
