This is just lovely… Lemonzest, red apples, wet rocks. Delicate hints of ginger, candyshop and matchstick. Really like the balance of acidic freshness, some richness in the mid palate and citrus bitters in the very long and chalky dry finish. Better at cellar temperature than straight out of the fridge. — 2 months ago
NOSE: strawberry … mint jelly … river stones … not much else.
TASTE: quite good. Strawberry, baking spices a little roasted veggie…leather … toasty wood, but no vanilla. Best pinot I’ve had in a long time (to be fair, I don’t drink a lot of Pinot). 91. — 2 years ago
‘21 Bourgogne that needs its time & air to flex some considerable muscle. Light cherry lifesavers & some grip on the light frame. Was coming all together by the last glass. — 2 years ago
