Vintage 2016 | when I bought this in Germany, I asked how long it would last. The Ahr is not known for Riesling, do not keep it too long, was the answer. Wrong answer, imo. This wine is now delicious with awesome sweet/acidity balance. Great! — 5 months ago

On the palate fairly medium bodied with fantastic orange/ lemon cream popsicle, white grape, hints of those white flowers, yellow zucchini. Oodles of layers & intensity & absolutely beguiling. Vintage 2019 | Tasted blind | This sucks. I tasted this wine twice last six months. It is my cellar. Did not recognize it. It is too young. It suffered from the wine that we tasted next to it, a beautiful pinot noir from North Italy. Light colour. Licorice and caramel. Little sweet touch in the mouth, nice bitters, still strict because of the tannins. Will become a beauty within 3 - 5 years. — 2 months ago
