full bodied, spice notes, love it — 4 years ago
Best CA Chardonnay I have had in a while. Just a kiss if Oak so it doesn't overpower the beautiful fruit. — 5 years ago

This rose is definitely fruit forward and delicious. I'm a fan of dry and crisp roses, flat top did not disappoint. Solid body and clean finish. Will be stocking up on this one — a year ago
A gorgeous savoury red fruited extravaganza. Herbal notes from whole bunches in the fermentation (50%). This certainly has become an instant hit as a top quality Pinot Noir from the Coal River Tasmania but owned by Shaw + Smith from the Adelaide Hills. Interesting to try 2 quality Pinots from the same vintage (2015) on successive nights. The Tolpuddle won over Yarra Yering in this bout, marginally. James Suckling’s comments, “They have totally nailed it” and 97 points. — 4 months ago
Pale to mid Lemon in colour. Initial notes of Vanilla Oak - a bit of leesy funk. Palate is medium plus intensity with some citrus and ripe grapefruit - generous with minerality and good length - a buttery note on the palate. An excellent new world Chardonnay from Oregon. This was Wine #2 in Wine Spectators Top 100 for 2016. — 4 years ago
Really needed time to open up. First glass was a bit flat; with the bottle open a day you could really see the quality of the fruit and how it had developed with about four years of bottle age. A very nice underripely structured style of PN. Nothing close to a top release for me, but a delicious example of Dundee Hills fruit. — 5 years ago
