So fragrant when first popped/poured, but after only a minute or two so much of its promise was gone :( (disgorged 5/21) — 3 years ago
Enjoying this more than I expected. Beautiful golden color. Gorgeous nose of roasted pear, caramel and brioche. Dry on the palate with round full body. — 3 years ago
Clean, very fresh and refreshing. Hint of apples on both nose and palate. Great with raw bar. — 4 years ago
Quite deep , copper tinged lemon colour . Fine vigorous perlage. On the nose buttered pastry , chalk dust , red apple , cranberry , hints of lemon peel . On the palate good volume with some light red fruits , red currant and cranberry complementing the , chalk tinged , lemon hints . Medium bodied, quite fresh and linear, mineral tinged with decent length . Well made and gastronomic in style , this has enough body to go with a range of foods . Drink now — a month ago

Recommend to me as a cheap crowd pleaser and it sure holds up. Full of fruit and fairly sweet—great for a movie night with friends but would be disappointing alone. — 8 months ago
A blend of 45% Pinot Meunier and the rest split between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This wine has zero grams of residual sugar and you can’t get a champagne any drier than this one. Nice fruity nose with flavors of stone fruits, lively acidity, crisp yet rich. Lingering finish with intense mineral ending. Let this age, it just gets better. Tasting Sample. — 3 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, bright pale gold color with a frothy creamy mousse, small rapid bubble flow with a steady stream. Aromas and flavors of apple and citrus with toasty notes, integrated, nice mouthfeel, elegant long finish. Great value as an exceptional alternative to French Champagne. — 9 days ago
