Pale straw/gold, with crustals on the cork; tart apple (not surprising given the crystals) and baking spice in the nose; full, silky mouthfeel with sour apple predominating; decent finish given this is a ‘22 being drunk in April ‘24, lingering puckery tart notes. Had with pasta and homemade marinara, the body and tartness stood up well. — 9 months ago
Spectacular aromas of sweet berries, orange! Really smooth on the palate! Did not get time to decant it! Paired with mutton kebabs and a yuckni pulao! Outstanding! — 20 days ago

The Selosse flagship that uses a solera style blend with vintages dating back to 1986. May 2016 disgorgement is just superb, explosively aromatic and infinitely layered with magical depth of Selossien flavors and such a singular texture that you just can’t forget. It wraps around the palate with incredible volume and concentration before giving way to a salty mineral laced finale with stunning length and persistence. — 6 months ago

Belle découverte du coté des champagnes rosés ! Robe foncée surprenante, sec sans trop, juste parfait. À refaire assurément quand on cherche un bon champagne. — 10 months ago

No notes. Last restaurant before going back to Poland. Fruit bomb. Delicious. Some matter and some acid drive. Good stuff ! — 19 days ago
