Big deep grapey nose. Tons of granite and blackberry but also red berries as well. A very evocative and encompassing nose. Some pepper, spice and herbs as well. Complex and inviting. Palate is soft and structured with an intense pepperiness. Supple and melty with gorgeous red fruits and also blackberry. Very pure and perfectly balanced with really nice tannins. Excellent wine. — 2 years ago

The Selosse flagship that uses a solera style blend with vintages dating back to 1986. May 2016 disgorgement is just superb, explosively aromatic and infinitely layered with magical depth of Selossien flavors and such a singular texture that you just can’t forget. It wraps around the palate with incredible volume and concentration before giving way to a salty mineral laced finale with stunning length and persistence. — a year ago
Intense red almost purple. In the nose nice minerality, umami, herbs with a strong thime finish. On the palate black cherries, leather, blackberry. Nice minerality with balanced and moderate tannins. Overall great wine. Perfect companion for a rare steak. — 3 years ago

Best sauvignon blanc ever for me.
First thought it’s Chardonnay!
Feel like it’s thicker than usual Sauvignon blanc — 5 days ago
