Super dry with mixed pepper, minerals, and herbs — 4 months ago
Beautifully structured. Exactly how you'd want your barolo — a month ago
Tastes better and more expensive than your average prosecco — 6 months ago
This was singing last night. Nice nose of mature cherries and spice box. Mid palate displays density and weight. Packed with ripe cherries and a hint of tobacco, complemented with a moderate tannin structure. Oak treatment was in the background. Finished with length and a hint of soft brown sugar. Acidity is still prominent so I assume you could continue to hold this for another 7 years with ease. — 8 months ago
This is almost as amazing as the restaurant — 2 months ago

2013 vintage. Decanted and tasted after one hour. Super durty nose and approach. Light-medium body with a erupting spice festival afoot. Maybe another 3-4 years in the current appeal before the morph. 10.03.25. — a month ago
