Good time to drink! It has fruit, structure, tannins, earth and is well balanced. We opened 3 hours before drinking and then decanted for 90 minutes. Then it opened up nicely in the glass. Delish!

It was drinkable, just not sure what it was that seemed off and overly tart almost bitter. On second thought it probably had more to do with the food I was having with it. Nonetheless that’s my impression 😁 — 7 months ago
