火山性土壌らしい火薬の香り、赤系の小さな果実やトマトっぽさ、クリスプな酸味。酵母っぽいニュアンス。
最後の2杯分くらいは、かなりいい甘さが出てた。
合鴨を合わせたが合わない。どんな料理が合わせたら良いのか…
ハード系のパンにはあったので、タコとトマトのブルスケッタとかには合いそう。

良いワインだと思うが、万人が理解できる分かりやすいワインだとは思えない。
