2021 vintage. 100 % Riesling, Geisenheim clone 21B.
Bright green and pale gold colour.
Ripe white peach lime leaf, floral and hone on the nose with a touch of petrol.
Crisp apple, lime peel, ripe apricot and stone fruit with white honey.
Racy acidity with subtle hints of minerality. A combination of smooth finish with mouth watering ability creating a well balanced Riesling.
Spicy prawns with Sambal Oelek on tha BBQ were fantastic with this wine.

Uncorking this bottle resurrects this masterpiece. Every sip is a flavorful journey as it comes back to life with each breath. The character and body remain elusive. TBD. — 8 months ago

Lovely wine. Bright red cherries, and a bit of chocolate and spice. Fine tannins. Paired beautifully with salmon. — 10 days ago
