Really a wonderful barbaresco riserva. Should have bought more than one bottle. Lots of sediment, so a decant is in order. Wonderfully deep nose, so velvety on the palate. Nice long finish. Rust showing on the rim... Crunchy red berry with hints of VA. Evergreen pine scent and a sultry black cherry round. Chi tea spice and ginger round out the nose. Fresh palate with juicy cherry transitions into mocha flavors. Finishes dry and with a delicious factor. With air this becomes more oxidative. Drink now. — 6 years ago
