Unreal mousse. 1.4 dosage. Extra Brut. Sapid, so elegant and just crazy bubbles. saline and salty and also brown butter. Stunningly pure. Made in the evacuation bunker of WWII. So fine. So great. Floral, roses, 100% whole bunch, red apple, sweet red cherries but darker, sensational aromas, more, spices, baking spices, some rare underarm. wood shavings, so high toned and intense and such fine, silky tannins and all red fruits and barely sweet. what complexity, and unreal red fruits, energy and tannins, so so good. big structure and density. Long and such an echoing finish. Just an iconic wine. Just a crazy good wine. Earthy sweetness and sweetening up but it’s so not sweet just so on the edge. Awesome nose, rich nose, wet earth, spice, herbals, the nose is incredible, all flowers and herbs and crazy complexity, acid is off the charts, acid, Chablis structure, unreal salinity and purity,, inner mouth aromas and maybe some green apple fruit. This is the entry level and wow is it incredible. - Goegeous pinot noir aromas, florals, unreal nose, so insane, roses, so floral and so spicey, heartbreaking nose, ethereal and just so so insane. Gorgeous balance and purity, so delicate and ethereal, sweet red fuits but barely red and such a pitter patter, unreal freshness, tangy and fresh, never with whole bunch. The top white at Adank. Steepest parcel, later harvest, nose is saline, brown butter, iodine, hazelnuts, lime flesh, so complex, just stunning, so so good. juicy and so clean and the level of intensity is off the charts, elegant and so concentrated and so structured. Sapid and grand. It’s so aristocratic. Finish lasts forever and ever. Unreal inner mouth aromas. You don’t get freshness and complexity like this in Burgundy. Almost tannic like intensity. Wow. A wine of stunning purity. Needs a 45 minute decant at a minimum.

Nose muted lilacs. As this opens perfect pinot fruit.

Palate: utterly incredibly pure early season cherries. Incredibly well made. As this opens some more lipstick and joy. Pure mountain air in a bottle. So elegant. Pure filigree.

Expansive internal aromatics. Majestic. Intensely packed florals.

Heavenly, elegant nose, gooseberry, sage, so elegant and ethereal and like a pillow, just so expansive and like a cloud. 9.6 nose. Jeez. So elegant, round and juicy, super clean, palate is all mineral, so nimble and mineral and it’s delicate. Some nice herbals. Long and lingering finish. unreal flavor intensity. What a nose, slate and dirty reduction, unreal florals and depth, 15% whole bunch, roses, violets, such depth and so pretty, so juicy and so clean, ripe and juicy and significant tannic structure, delicate, big acid and wonderful freshness. keeps tannins in the mouth big time, long , this is a cellarable wine. As this aired the tannins became more silky and the fruit sweetened up but it became not sweet but barely sweet. Compelling wine and one of the best Swiss Pinots. — 13 days ago
