Powerful aromas of red and black fruits, there is a touch of wood infuence with some black pepper notes.
On the palate the wine is perfectly balanced and has excellent concentration. It is classic and not overly extracted, with tannins that are pronounced, and is very aproachable because of the perfect acidity.
The complex notes of tobacco, spices, chocolate, and red fruits are complemented by a lengthy, intense finish. — a month ago

We had the 2012 Vintage on 2/14-15/25. An excellent Syray with tastes of blackberry, plum, mocha, leather and spice. As time went on the bouquet developed eucalyptus. Full bodied, New World. Fruit forward. I’m glad I gave it 13 years in the bottle. — 9 days ago

2001 vintage. First time go with this producer. Nice fill. Excellent cork. Decanted and throwing age-appropriate sed. Tasted after 15 mins, 45 mins and 1.5 hours. Light-medium body. Plenty of color. Slightly bretty with plenty of spice push throughout the back/finishing palate. Likely another half-decade at this level/intensity before (d)evolving. 02.20.25. — 3 days ago
