We had the 2012 Vintage on 2/14-15/25. An excellent Syray with tastes of blackberry, plum, mocha, leather and spice. As time went on the bouquet developed eucalyptus. Full bodied, New World. Fruit forward. I’m glad I gave it 13 years in the bottle. — 2 months ago
Out to dinner at a steakhouse and went with this for the table. Loving it 😍 still a bit fruity but flavorful. I know it’s still opening up but I’m liking the transition 🤩 — 16 days ago
2022. Smoking. Lemony and rich. This is not typical Bourgogne. Much more there there. — 4 months ago
2001 vintage. First time go with this producer. Nice fill. Excellent cork. Decanted and throwing age-appropriate sed. Tasted after 15 mins, 45 mins and 1.5 hours. Light-medium body. Plenty of color. Slightly bretty with plenty of spice push throughout the back/finishing palate. Likely another half-decade at this level/intensity before (d)evolving. 02.20.25. — a month ago

So smooth with pear, apricot, oak, lemon, and soft white florals. Good acidity but not sharp, it holds up well to food but is complex enough to enjoy on its own. — 8 days ago
