Lemon-jelly opacity, with cotton ball top that craters to Mykonos dolphins’ playful dance lacing. Lemon pudding, peel and zest nose also suggests orange peel freshness, pineapple bits, coconut, and lime. Perfect interplay of acid versus creaminess here, with the edge tending to acid in the minutiae. Papaya smooth, with guava and dragonfruit, paw paw, soursop, apple and pear extras, banana essence, lychee, lime pith and grapefruit. Exquisite tropical panoply, that rivals many of the best. Incredible job here! Lingering pineapple coppery note, and library of citric pith permutations. .

Big fruit in an interesting highwire act of acidity. Ripe black cherry and leather almost jump from the glass. Even blue and red fruit present mid palate with a long tannic finish that makes me think this will be extra good in a few years. — 8 years ago
