Slightly sweeter than off-dry but with such purity & balance. And the lightness is sublime.
White peaches & lime on the front with labor sharp acidity cutting through and finishing off on a stony, rocky mineral note with a hint of salinity.
This is mouthwatering delicious and begs for (yet) another sip. Simply made for terrace sipping!

Finally got to try one of these with some bottle age. Maybe my favorite wine in their lineup; super unique. Unlike any Pinot blanc anywhere and really shares more with Riesling from the konzer tälchen than anything. Beautiful, crystalline stuff. — 3 months ago

Pear, lemon, lemon curd. Cloudy, acidic and yet lactic and soft. A tad touch of minerality on the finish with hints of calcium. Tiny bubbles but lively enough. Really dig this one. — 10 months ago
