This Pinot has some pepper because the stems are left on. — 4 months ago

Whoa! Whoa!

Bought this a while ago although the date on it is 08/2023 and I didn’t think it was that long ago. Nose is light. Flavor slightly bitter. Color yellow which could reflect the name. Finish lasts for a while but more on the alcohol side more than anything else. — 13 days ago

Clean, beautiful fruit from Wild Meadow (think M.Shaps)… holding up nicely after eight years… Although the acid has weighed enough to make it difficult for cream based pairing options — 25 days ago

Wow on the nose!
Another wonderful wine and it’s a rose! — 4 months ago
2021. Had on day 1 and day 3 after opening with two different baked fish dishes. Tonight’s spicy mustard-ginger glazed salmon and charred Brussels sprouts turned out to be a great pairing for this aromatic field blend. — 7 months ago

Double decant and pour for sediment(lots of sediment). Still a dark garnet with little bricking. On the nose: such captivating expressive notes of perfumed stewed dark fruit, herbaceous, boiled meat, minty menthol, worn leather, tobacco leaf. Taste: Wow! in a beautiful spot right now....creamy, savory, silky wine with dried red fruit, earth, dark chocolate, graphite, dried herbs, old leather, and a beautiful lingering finish. YUM!!! It's what I want in an aged Napa cab...my wine of the week! — 3 days ago
