For an 11,90 EUR pricetag on the winery website this is a great bang for your buck. The nose shows white flowers, lemon juice, some chalky notes, fresh grape juice. This is super inviting. The palate is not very complex but it's a model of balance : superb acid drive, nice chalky notes all around, juicy lemon juice, some residual sugar in mid palate giving the mouthfeel a spherical form, and powering a great, acid-driven finish that pairs super well with Polish Pierogis.
