This just became my new favorite affordable champagne! — 3 years ago
Very pale pink. Toasty notes with some sharp and bright fruit. With my eyes closed I wouldn’t have known it was a rosé. — a month ago
Subtle yeast notes, with more honey and fruit on the palate. — 2 months ago
Southern part of burgundy just north of Beaujolais. Very light. Starts off a bit like Beaujolais and finishes like a beautiful burgundy Pinot. Hint of earth/funk toward the end. Delicious! Had at Daniel & Denise Bouchon in Lyon. — 8 months ago
Lovely and crowd pleaser. Cherries, flowers, rocks, a bit of funk, more fruit on tart finish. Great with food. — 2 months ago
It has the perfume, the palette, the texture, and the finish... Of GREAT Red Burgundy! Mark Soyard knows what the heck he is doing with these wines! — 5 months ago
Classic right bank notes, with dark berries and tobacco, mature and ready to drink. Classic old Bordeaux — 5 years ago

2009 vintage. Completely unfamiliar with this producer (which I love new producers). Opened but not decanted. Age appropriate color. Variety of tea scents in the nose muddled with a modicum of drought dirt/earth. Light body. Tasted 20 minutes and 1.5 hours after opening. Total transference of the nose into the flavor profile-no surprises. Wine seemed to gain more strength/concentration of finish and dirtied up a tad but not more body or complexities. Doubtful another hour open/more air would have unlocked an achievement or improved the standing in the community. Will say it was a pleasure tasting a Vosne-Romanée vineyard with some age on it that was on the lighter side of the ledger vs the usual super intense. 11.28.25. — 7 days ago
