Thick mane of dense white accumulates over green gold body. Snake fight lacing with jaguars sipping from a cup proffered by a prostrate monk. Lemon, peel and seed, oil and zest, pith and stem in puddings and madeleines, with and without poppy seeds, white pine, vanilla blossom; brush of pineapple. Ghost of Connecticut wrap, tangelo, pomelo, lime pith, sesame, cigarette paper, lime juice, and just a clean assemblage of the aforementioned that defies gravity. A compelling Pils, that has you coming back for more.

I believe this lady has a year under her lengthy belt, comes off like hot honey, dropping a fair amount of lacing right down to its wooden floor of unmistakable oak. There is a musty funk beneath the perfume of biscuit and marmalade, but nothing unpleasant, just sensual and inviting you to steal a little kiss. Candied grapefruit and caramel cremes undoubtably led to her ample bounties. Soda bread, brioche and madeleines at midday.cream soda and cinnamon toothpicks poked into bourbon candy. Pumpkin pie for desert, but the thinnest slice smothered in whipped cream. The other ratings led me to believe that she chews with her mouth open, but this belle has been to finishing school, and graduated with honors. A little more of her, and it's bedtime. Plunge. Bustin’ to bubble; browning lemon colored broth of shadowy opacity. Cotton-headed with a blond tinge. Nearly laceless, just afterthoughts sliding slowly over an oily cloth-print. Here a blob there a blob. Orange, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine oils suspended nebulous. Orange-carrot bread, madeleines, green pineapple, jasmine, honeysuckle. Heavenly clouds evoking scented memories amidst the novel eddies of uncharted aggregates. Creamy, oiled mouthfeel drops heavy through the dream to grapefruit, sassafras, white pepper, sage, lemon-lime pith and zest, with a vaporous orange oil swallowed quickly in a wash of coconut and brown bread finish. Salivating and dropping a few degrees in the process.

2007 Lime, lime pith and lemon peel hold strong despite age. Lemon madeleines, orange oil, tangerine pith, lemongrass, evergreen. Orange peel, lemon oil and lemongrass forefront, while lime neutralizes to background color green olive swims in the lime, chamomile, kefir lime, grape leaf, crystalline salinity. Fascinating wine. So much going on. Super vinous, even cidery. Gold in the glass, a little oxidative, looong finish. Some subtle green flavors, a leafy wild herbal thing. Deep, tooth tingling acid, but mature, white balsamic-type acid. Yeasty but long-fermented sourdough type yeasty. Madeleines and lemon marmelade. Enjoy this with rich food, like roast game bird.
