Deepest of Ruby color. Amazing nose with a hint of cinnamon. I’m a big fan of Malbec but the petit Verdot really balances this wine out. Great legs and deep color make a visually appealing drink. Tons of fruit and mild tannins to balance the fruit out. Drinking this wine on Christmas Eve and I feel a little guilty like I opened a present early. Trefethen never disappoints. — a month ago
Deep ruby in color, almost inky, with a reddish rim.
Nose of blueberries, black currants, black plums, light oak, earth, dark chocolates and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.
Very dry on the palate with black currants, plums, stewed cherries, spices, oak, licorice, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, light earth and peppercorn.
Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and sour raspberries.
This young Cabernet Sauvignon from Spring Mountain District in Napa Valley is still very young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature.
Fruity and interesting. Spicy and entertaining. Showing nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Feels like a Left Bank Bordeaux at this point. Very Interesting.
A good quality wine that will continue to age nicely in the next 25 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years. Showing good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
Needed 3 hours in the decanter to open up properly.
I've had a few vintages of this wine, and it definitely needs time to show its capabilities.
A good food wine that will pair nicely with BBQ Meats.
A blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc and a touch of Merlot. Aged for 18 months in (65% new) French Oak barrels.
14.3% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

Any time I open a Riesling or GV from a reputable producer, I wonder why I don’t open them more often.
Great vintage, great Austrian producer.
I really enjoy the differences between Alsatian Rieslings, German Rieslings and Austrian Rieslings, the latter normally being a bit more textural/full-bodied (and higher in ABV at 13%, compared to the typical 8-10% range of the others). Pale yellow in the glass. White peach and a sweet lemon/lemongrass type of aromatic. Ripe stone fruits (more peach but also apricot) and minerals/slate alongside a spine of acidity that isn’t sharp, but balanced. Tasty. — 6 days ago
Well balanced. Peppery and nearly perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed it. — 2 months ago
So grateful to be able to dink this wine Thanksgiving Eve. — 2 months ago
Very fruit forward. Blackberries, blueberries, and vanilla. If you have this in your cellar, I would not hold it for much longer. — 7 days ago
Great wine, rich taste, long aftertaste and good balance. — 5 days ago

Bright silver/gold color. Aromas of lemon candy, apple, white flowers and lime. Expressive flavors of lemon, tropical fruit, Granny Smith apple and peaches. Hint of fresh herbs on the medium-plus finish. Mouth watering acidity and excellent balance. Pleasant mouthfeel and aftertaste. So flavorful, bold and well crafted. Heard very good things about Trefethen Dry Riesling and I am glad I finally tried it. Unique Riesling style. — 3 days ago
