Gorgeous nose. Unreal cherry vivacity. Also a hint of aromatic creaminess. I can see the colors! Lovely intense and driving minerality and ultra precise. My oh my is this juicy and precise. Unreal clarity of fruit. Just scintillating. So nimble and clear. So well made. Ultra refined and powdery tannins and just gorgeous purity. Holding back but I will be here all night folks. (2020)Unreal nose, so salty, so briochey, so good. Unreal depth, so complex and serene. Salty and creamy, so and so dry and has to be zero dosage. Reserve wines and mostly 2020. 2 years on yeast. Unreal mousse. 1.4 dosage. Extra Brut. Sapid, so elegant and just crazy bubbles. saline and salty and also brown butter. Stunningly pure. Made in the evacuation bunker of WWII. So fine. So great. Wonderful. 100% Pinot. BDB coming. Nose is so precise. The brioche is so clearly defined. — 6 months ago
