Ripe yet cool aromas with melon, peach, white flowers, a touch of toasted almonds, a salty note. Rich, yes, but also surprisingly very fresh. Enticing!
Medium bodied on the palate, juicy, fresh. Lovely slaty, rocky minerality on the forefront with some peach and pear underlining it. Nice depth here and nice length with a slaty tang on the finish.

Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, dark cherry , ripe plum, vanilla, forest floor, oak, leather, truffle, spice, chocolate. On the palate, full bodied and elegant. Complex with an Extensive finish. Cherry, dark berry, vanilla, balsamic, spice, oak, gravel/minerals/forest floor then chocolate takes over. Long finish. — 7 months ago
