Piuze makes fantastic Chablis, so perhaps not surprising how much value his sparkling wine brings. Much more detail & incisive focus than 17$ should be; very dry on palate, with small red berry essences & very balanced. This beats up Cremants at the same price point, & then some. — 7 months ago

Blend of about 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah and rest Mourvèdre, deep Ruby red color with aromas of red fruit flavors, spice and cedar. On the palate flavors of raspberry, tart cherry and plum with herb spice, cedar and pepper notes. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice and earthy oak. Nice! — 5 months ago
