Absolutely loved the detail on the bottle. Had this with some very fatty ribeyes and just absolutely hit it out of the park. A deep nose it almost comes off. Still hot with alcohol, but dry forest floor and rich garrique scents. Very bold and rich with ripe bursting plum, Rosemary, thyme, and butter, definitely enough structure to hold up against a good thick steak. Blue and black fruits. A lot of density and terroir. This took about 5 hours decanting and in the glass to fully open up.
Excellent pairing for steak. Robust wine that turned super smooth.
