Made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, bright pale gold color with a frothy creamy mousse, small rapid bubble flow with a steady stream. Aromas and flavors of apple and citrus with toasty notes, integrated, nice mouthfeel, elegant long finish. Great value as an exceptional alternative to French Champagne. — a month ago
This has chilled out and has relaxed. No dosage, but it has evolved to a sweeter place. Really presentable now. Just needed 20 years to come around 😀 — 5 months ago
The Grand Cru of Cava? Corpinnat (Heart of Penedes) is a special designation by a group of estates (currently 11) who broke tie with the Cava D.O. This one was disgorged in 12/2023.
Aromatic nose of green apple, peach, chalk, light brioche, and hint of white floral. Vibrant, round, and precise. Very impressive, particularly when considering this is a brut nature.

Quite deep , copper tinged lemon colour . Fine vigorous perlage. On the nose buttered pastry , chalk dust , red apple , cranberry , hints of lemon peel . On the palate good volume with some light red fruits , red currant and cranberry complementing the , chalk tinged , lemon hints . Medium bodied, quite fresh and linear, mineral tinged with decent length . Well made and gastronomic in style , this has enough body to go with a range of foods . Drink now — 2 months ago
