Texture Like Sun Sector Adelaide Hills Red Blend

Actually Sector Red 8, not Adelaide Hills. DELICIOUS. Light but full flavor. Let aerate, swirl around. Serve chilled. Good on day 2. — 6 months ago

Ashton Hills Vineyard

Reserve Pinot Noir 2021

An old favourite Pinot Noir chosen off the Wine List at Blowfish Broadbeach. Red fruits and confectionery. A lovely volume to the medium weight palate with excellent mouthfeel - supple tannins. Always enjoyable - from the Adelaide Hills. — 7 months ago

Unico Zelo

Jade & Jasper Adelaide Hills Fiano 2022

Medium golden color. Aromas of unripe peach, lemon zest and jasmine. The palate is full of lemon/lime/orange citrus flavors and ginger with additional notes of green apples, melon and pears. Long and lingering finish that is a touch (but pleasantly) salty. Chewy texture with a high level of acidity. Quite complex and well crafted. — 5 months ago
