Found this gem winery when we visited Santa Maria Valley. Lovely Chardonnay with subtle pear, apricot, stone fruits and a light acidity. The finish has some length. Will visit again. — 8 months ago
2020 vintage. Splendid nose and excellent color. PNP. Medium heavy body. Massive attack of blackberry and plum at the tip of the blue lines spear. A mega-fave St. Emmie producer in the $35-$40 strike price. Fleshy now and wish I had enough storage/discipline/ca$hi$h to park a couple of cases straight into darkness for a decade plus to trace performance/unfolding/defensive posture. Alas, I am undone. 12.10.24. — 3 months ago

Really nice eye opening Chardonnay! — 3 years ago
Unbelievable! Olives, cured meats, cherries, floral notes on nose. I could smell this all night. Palate is an explosion of flavor similar to nose. Maybe more strawberry and herbs on palate, but still with olive and cured meat. Outstanding and tasting perfectly after an hour of air. Finish lasts for a minute or more. Great wine. — 6 months ago

Winner of a white burg lineup. Everything is there in balance: nose with citrus, a whiff of floral reduction, a touch of almond sling and grapefruit pith. Palate has vibrant acidity, mouthfeel and a bit of phenolics. Nothing is wow but everything is very good and in balance — a month ago
