Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of three days. Consistent throughout. The 2019 “La Rocca” pours a bright, deep straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe, squishy tropical and orchard fruit: pineapple, apricot, yellow flowers, nuts, saffron and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long, elegant with a silky texture. This worked wonders with homemade Runza’s. This is a significant step up from the Soave Classico. Drink now through 2034. — 4 days ago

Pale lemon color with green edges and aromas of fresh fruits, floral blossoms and herb spice. On the palate crisp apple and peach with lemon citrus notes.
