The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Crémant du Jura BBF blends base wines from the 2018 and 2019 vintages. A single-varietal Chardonnay, it showcases intense oyster shell, ripe apple and pear as well as subtle brioche complexities. The 2022 Chardonnay Arbois Patchwork was bottled in March 2024. Opening with some reduction, time in the glass unearths wet stone and lemon flesh aromas. Anchored by zesty acidity, the 2022 is a well-built and tensile Chardonnay that walks off the stage with a tidy finish. (Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, August 2024)

Had Tissot’s cuvée a few weeks ago and loved it so decided to try their 100% Trousseau. Decanted for about 20 min before diving in as we felt the cuvée benefited from air as we drank it. Red cherry, raspberry, some strawberry. The funky fruit character in the beginning blows off as it sits. A wine you can sit with and drink academically but also easy enough to drink without thought and blissfully enjoy. — a month ago
