Still very dark for a 15 year old red. Smells like berry-plum sauce and leather. Bit of wet gravel and flint. Flavors are lovely and elevated. Black currants. A hint of cola nut. Licorice drops. This is quite an elegant and lovely red. Could age longer. Beefy but with a velvet glove. — 23 days ago

65/18/15/2 blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsaut and Petit Sirah. Moderate to high pigment extraction, purple red. Aromas and flavors of black pepper and raspberry. Ever so slightly tart, moderate skin astringency on finish with spearmint and alcohol-forward bitterness. Will mellow with decanting. Good value with a screw cap thrown in, yes! At my brothers 60th birthday celebrations. Under screw cap, a puppy still. Took an hour to open up but Wow! So delicate and fine, just incredible. Everything so delicately balanced with fine briny tannins and violets on the nose. Will live forever! — 2 years ago
