Un Bourgogne dune finesse incroyable. 1990. On est sur des arômes secondaires et de la vérité bien Kirchee. Tabac cacao en bouche pour un Bourgogne. Et tout cela en dentelle extrêmement fin. 2013 vintage. Decanted (throwing a small amount of sed) and tasted after 45 mins and 1.5 hours. Medium-heavy body. Nose had the requisite and desired "funk." Amongst my handful of all-time best Sonoma Cabs/BDX blends (unfortunately, all too short after 32 years of extensive sampling). Phenomenal punch and acceleration. Shredding with impunity. Explosive, super expressive nose of white peach and lemon. Really nicely aromatic. On the palate this is on the dryer side, almost severe, with good purity, focus and drive. Citrus themed, with excellent acidity and wicked cut. A bit more flesh on the bones would have moved it from very good to great, but for the price I'm not complaining! 70 / 15 / 15 - CH / PN / PM. 6.5 g/L dosage.
