At Pesach so glassware was hit and miss. Lots of miss.
This is consistently a marvel of high altitude, no toast(steamed)barrel, various wood Nebbiolo.
After 10-15 mins open the nose is like the most intense, ethereal fraises de bois. Intermingled with fine rocks and wood. Bright!
On the palate, it’s redolent of high altitude tiny berries, transparent and lively, gripping your lower front gums with a hint of licorice.
The only issue may be finding the generosity to share it.

light, on the simpler side but approachable and delicious. — a month ago
Don’t see it as often as I’d like, but I almost always pick up a Greco and always enjoy it! Florals florals florals, fresh garden, wet stones, orchard fruit - quite complex and this is best at cellar temp. Silky sensuous on palate, gorgeous body w/nice heft & balanced integrated acidity. Really strutted thru finish. Would like to revisit in 5 yrs — 2 months ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Martinelli family has been farming in Sonoma County since 1860. Deep Ruby color with aromas of red berry fruit and sweet spices. On the palate ripe cherry and blueberry flavors, with some dried fruit notes, oak, cinnamon spice and cola tones. Fine mouth coating tannins with balanced acidity carry this rich wine to a long finish. Good now will age a bit! — 9 days ago
