German Pinot Noir. Light, ruby color. Smells leathery, earthy. Spices, slightly tart, acidic. — 4 years ago
Really meaty and mineral driven, almost like jerky flavors, opened with a medium body and then spread out into more fullness as it opened up. — 4 months ago
Light bodied, some tannin, fragrant with herbs and cranberry — a year ago
Smoke, brett, dark cherry, plum, and anise. Fresh and light but layered with dark mocha, cracked pepper, and barnyard funk. Shorter finish but great flavor profile. — 4 years ago
Bright, citrus, missing some complexity — 7 months ago
Fantastic value. Mostly dry Riesling and the complexity one expects from such a wine. Would drink again and was a hit for folks who typically have different preferences (good for those who like sweet or dry). — 3 years ago
After three days this wine was finally open. One for the cellar. Germany Pinot has my attention. — 4 years ago

Spelling slightly off @Delectable.
Graves vibes! Gooseberry, jackfruit, green papaya, and flinty citrus. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak. Nice weight, texture, and structure with 9 months of lees coming into focus. Broad mineral backbone. 12.5% alc. and wearing it better than the Goldatzel. Will try to hold the other few bottles and will likely succumb to pressure. — 3 months ago
