Still needs a year or two but you can see that this will be utter genius when it’s ready. Really good now.
Nose: big lemon lemon flower almost sweet. Wow. A 9.8.
Palate: sweet lemon. Lemon pith. Massive mineral soak on the finish.
Long finish. Minerals. Sweet lemons.
Man. This is fantastic. Crazy pfalz minerality.
45 minute decant if you drink it now. Major mid palate black hole on open.

Nose is it. Floral, smokey green apple, peach, tangerine, pear, nose is so extravagant. Perfume. Chalky background. Wow what a palate. Explosive yet gentle. Unreal acidity. Cleansing, chalkiness on the finish. Long. Echoes. Really collects your saliva. — 10 months ago
Nose: very floral. Pink roses. A hint of violet.
Palate: very fresh. Bright cherries. A hint of bitterness on the finish. Some lovely grippy texture. Some fruit clings to the palate.
Let’s see where this goes. I’m leaving half for tomorrow. This is hiding the goods today.
