On the edge but still very drinkable. — 7 months ago
Just love this wine, new label! Nice blend of grapes from the Bierzo Valley, biodynamic. Deep Ruby with loads of Berry fruits aromas adding some sweet floral spice and flinty notes. On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry with a juicy mineral edge. Well balanced and integrated with fine chalky tannins, lively acidity and a long finish ending with fruit and spicy notes. Tremendous value for such a complex wine. — a month ago
Had several bottles of this wine in the past 5 years. And this one is easily the best.
Gorgeously rich and pure on the nose: black cherries, blueberry pancakes and blackberry preserve.
This all echoes on the palate and some well dosed pinches of caramel, cocoa, coffee and toast take this wine to another level. Just enough acidity to give it some fraicheur, soft and ripe tannines backing up the long and incessant finish.

Smooth and drinkable now. Give it a little time to open up. — 8 months ago
Black cherry, currant, tobacco, leather all mixed together with a hint of nutmeg. Paired very well with a flavorful lamb and basmati dish. — 5 months ago

Big, bold Beckstoffer Cab. Not as elegant as the 2014 but a serious wine for enjoyment. — a month ago
