Vintage 2014 | WOTN and quite a surprise. Most tasters thought this to be Bordeaux. I even heard: Pomerol. I was hesitant to set this in a blind tasting, not sure it would deliver. So I tasted this before with La Dominique 14 next to it. No problem at all. This is such a great effort. A real ‘trouvaille’! See earlier notes. Rich wine. Authentic Greek grape with 24 months barrel aging on new oak. Try to find it and be surprised. — 6 months ago

Medium deep ruby garnet core and garnet rim. Sweet plummy fruit , touch of spice and vanilla , violets . On the palate round and ripe with plum , damson , dark cherry and black tea hints . Balanced acidity , quite rounded tannins , touch of warmth on the anis tinged finish . This is firmly in its drinking window and shows it can stay at this level for a while longer , now and over the next 5 years. — 6 months ago

First thought when drinking was “Summer Wine”. Awesome wine. Very light and tasteful. No lingering aftertaste. Has hints of cherries and fresh berries. Can’t wait to drink this in the summer. — 2 months ago
