Heavy on the cherry / red fruit flavour — and that’s not a bad thing at all — 5 months ago
2018 with grilled salmon - very good wine. Super buttery and smooth. — a month ago
Probably one of the nicest surprises this year. Got to taste this again and great to remember how blown away I was by its peculiar Burgundian style. Notes of wet leafs, forest floor, mushroom, earth, fresh sunkissed cherries, roses. Immediately knew what to expect on the palate. Cheers. — a month ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Pale golden color, complex aging, 34% new French oak-15 months, 30% stainless-4 months; 18% in Foudre for 9 months; rest concrete egg for 14 months. Aromas of stone fruits, oak, nuts, floral and spice. On the palate flavors of peach and pear with honeysuckle, integrated toasty oak and nice citrus tang. Long finish, ending with a wet stone mineral character. Outstanding! Will age well! — 23 days ago
